Mudra Band – Return and Refund

We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don't: if you bought on mudra-band.com, are within 30 days of having your Mudra Band delivered, have used it for less than 10 days, and have contacted support within that time frame and returned your Mudra Band package to the courier, we will issue you a refund.

If you requested a refund you will bear the shipping expenses to our US and international facilities.

For example, if your Mudra Band was delivered on September 1st you will have through October 1st to have contacted Support for a RMA return label and dropped off your package to the courier.

We do not refund return shipping expenses or custom fees.

For you to receive a refund you will need to return all of the key items and original packaging as noted below:

  1. Mudra Band/Link
  2. Charging Cable
  3. Instructional Leaflet
  4. All original packaging
  5. A print of the first page of this RAM document

Please note: All items must be in new or like new condition to be accepted for the return. If not new/like new conditions, we reserve the right to decline the return. If we decline the return, you will also need to pay for the return shipping label.

Return Shipping Guidelines

Please ensure that your device and all items are packaged in a manner that will prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using a sturdy box and appropriate packing materials that will properly fit the items being returned.

We also recommend you get a courier drop off receipt as that will be your only proof of the transaction. Couriers (like a UPS or FedEx Store) will not retain the drop off transaction for more than 24 hours. We are not responsible for lost packages without a courier return receipt.

You have up to 30 days to return items from the day your Mudra Band was delivered. Return shipping charges may apply, and order associated shipping fees are not refundable.
You have 7 days to ship your package back from the moment you receive the RMA.

We will issue you a refund to your original payment method of price paid after the return is verified and all items are returned, and the unit is not abused/damaged and in new/like new condition.
Important: please verify your original payment method is still valid and that you can access it.

The return team processes returns within 2 weeks of the return being delivered to the facility. During the holiday it can take longer for return processing.

In case you've requested a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, we will do our best to halt the fulfillment. In case we've been able to do so, we will refund your order within 7 business days of the date it was placed.
In case your order was fulfilled and shipped, you will have to receive it, and then ship it back to us on your own expense, by following the above RMA guidelines.

Any order that is not picked up by the customer and subsequently returned to us will incur a $150 deduction from any future refund amount to cover for shipping and handling expenses.
